Eligible Refund Cases
Refund or replacement may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged item upon delivery
• Missing item in parcel
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel and provide supporting photos.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Personal expectations
• Opened products
• Improper storage by customer
Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
